The Ventura Hillsides Preserve is a cornerstone of the city of Ventura's General Plan. This is a conceptual plan only, and access to and use of the trails is subject to the consent of the owners of the lands. Nothing herein is intended to imply that such consent has been granted or that the trails may be legally accessed at this or any other time.
